Upgrade Your Multi-Family Interiors
We work with multi-family property managers to re-envision unit interiors and find the combination of services and upgrades that will add the most value while staying within budget. With over a decade of experience in multi-family interior renovation, we know how to stick to a schedule, work efficiently, and minimize disruptions for residents.
Multi-Family Drywall and Paint
Drywall and paint work addresses the wear that builds up through normal unit occupancy.
We repair and install drywall and repaint walls and trim to bring interiors back to a clean, consistent finish. Sherwin-Williams low-emission paint systems are used to reduce odor and limit the need for follow-up touch-ups.
Drywall and paint work is typically completed within two days per unit, depending on condition.
Multi-Family Cabinets and Countertops
Cabinet and countertop updates focus on kitchens and bathrooms, where finishes tend to show wear first.
We update, install, repair, and finish cabinets and countertops to restore a clean, consistent look across unit interiors. When possible, cabinets are refaced by replacing door and drawer fronts while keeping existing boxes in place to control scope and schedule.
Countertops are often resurfaced or replaced alongside cabinetry to maintain consistency throughout the unit. All work is coordinated to minimize downtime and avoid rework between trades.
Multi-Family Lighting and Electrical
Lighting and electrical updates focus on unit interiors where finishes and functionality are most visible.
Work includes replacing light fixtures, switches, and devices in high-use areas such as entryways, kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. Electrical work is coordinated with interior finishes to maintain consistency across units.
Lighting and electrical work is typically completed within one day per unit, depending on condition.
Multi-Family Plumbing
Plumbing includes new installation, repair of existing systems, and renovation to meet applicable plumbing codes. Typical work includes faucets, sinks, supply lines, P-traps, garbage disposals, and bathtub and shower trim kits.
Plumbing work is typically completed in about half a day per unit.
Multi-Family hvac
We are licensed and certified to service existing HVAC systems or install new ones to improve safety, efficiency, and functionality. Work includes replacing HVAC registers and thermostats to maintain consistent finishes throughout the unit.
HVAC renovation is typically completed in about half a day per unit.
Multi-Family Flooring
We repair, remove, and replace flooring and subflooring to restore unit interiors after normal wear from occupancy and turnover. Work focuses on structural soundness, clean installation, and consistent finishes across units.
We specialize in carpet for bedrooms and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) for high-traffic and wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. Subfloor repairs are completed as needed during replacement.
Flooring work is planned and executed quickly to limit disruption. Typical unit reflooring is completed within half a day, depending on condition.
Multi-Family Trim
We install, repair, and paint window and door casings, baseboards, crown moldings, and other interior trim to restore finishes and address wear from normal occupancy. Sherwin-Williams paint systems are used to maintain durability and consistent appearance across units.
Trim work is typically completed within half a day per unit.
Multi-Family Hardware
We remodel, repair, or replace interior hardware throughout the unit, including cabinet hinges and pulls, door hinges, knobs and levers, door stops, shelving, window blinds, towel bars, toilet paper holders, towel rings, and shower rods.
Hardware work is typically completed within half a day per unit and coordinated with adjacent interior scopes.
