Project Scope:
Our team did full-scale interior renovations of multiple units in this conventional apartment community, including:
Repairing drywall and water damage
Repainting walls and trim
Installing granite countertops, new cabinet hardware, doors, and drawer fronts
Installing new ceiling lights, wall lights, and ceiling fans
Replacing all electrical outlets and switches
Installing a new thermostat, new smoke detectors, new kitchen and bath faucets, and a new garbage disposal
Installing new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bath, new toilets, new shower trim kit and shower valve, new door hardware
Installing a full bath hardware package, including toilet paper holder, shower rod, and towel rod
Installing new blinds
Installing a new appliances including a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, washer, and dryer
Installing new vinyl sheet flooring and carpet throughout
Our bath hardware package includes toilet paper holders, shower rods, and towel rods.
We remodeled this kitchen from top to bottom, including installing new flooring, granite countertops, cabinet doors and door and drawer fronts, cabinet hardware, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and sink.
We are committed to completing all interior renovation projects within two weeks. So fourteen days after we began work, this unit was completely renovated and ready for new tenants to move in.
