Project Scope:
We renovated 18 buildings in this conventional apartment community, including:
Removed existing siding
Installed Hardie Plank siding and trim
Removed and replaced rotten sheathing and structural members
Repainted buildings
Rebuilt all porches
Our siding renovation consisted of removing existing vinyl siding and moisture barrier, removing and replacing rotten wood, reattaching loose siding/trim, installing Hardie Plank siding, trim, and repainting.
We renovated all 18 buildings in this complex within 8 months, minimizing disruption for employees and residents.
