Project Scope:
Our team renovated the interiors of multiple units in this conventional apartment community, including:
Installed new vinyl plank flooring and carpet throughout
Installed granite countertops in the kitchen and bath
Installed subway tile in the kitchen
Installed cabinet door and drawer fronts with new cabinet hardware
Installed lighting throughout
Installed bath hardware, including shower rod, toilet paper holder, towel bars, and a new mirror with frame
Installed new kitchen and bath faucet
Installed new undermount sinks and microwaves
We installed new lighting throughout each of the units we renovated, including wall and ceiling lights and ceiling fans.
Our cabinet hardware set includes hinges, knobs and pulls, catches and latches, and drawer slides.
Within two weeks, these units looked brand-new and were ready for new tenants.
