Project Scope:
We did a complete interior and exterior remodel of the leasing office for this conventional apartment community, including:
Repainted all exterior surfaces, including the car wash, mail center, laundry building, and pool room
Removed and replaced existing siding
Installed new windows, exterior lights, entry door latches and locks, and front and back porch railing
Installed new tile
Re-floored interior
Installed storefront doors
Installed new cabinets, vanities, bath hardware, backsplash tile, faucets, and sinks
Installed a dogwash station
Re-routed and terminated existing electrical wiring
Installed new lighting throughout
Added an under-the-counter refrigerator and microwave
Installed new drywall and painted throughout
We removed the existing siding and replaced it with Hardie Board and Batten siding.
We understand the importance of leasing offices for attracting prospective tenants. With our full interior and exterior renovation, we were able to welcome visitors with an attractive space that looks brand-new.
The leasing office building combined a number of other amenities, including a fitness center, business center, and coffee bar.
