We do our best to minimize pool closure time during renovation, and can work in the winter rather than during the popular warmer months.

We can repurpose and landscape outdoor areas to create optimal pet amenities. If a more luxurious dog park amenity is within your budget, we can even install dog wash stations and renovate the underground plumbing and drainage accordingly.

Package Centers

Package centers, also called package lockers, package kiosks, or hubs, are important amenities for residents to feel secure about their deliveries. Whether your package delivery partner is Amazon, Fedex, or any other, we can create a one-stop shop for package pickup that will make life easier for both residents and property staff.

The ASH team will pour a slab, construct a structure, and wire your package center for power, before allowing your package delivery partner to install their systems. 

ADA Compliance and Accessibility

Accessibility is a critical aspect of amenity renovation to ensure inclusivity for all residents, including those with disabilities. We can ensure full compliance to all standards and regulations, and incorporate ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant features to allow all tenants to fully enjoy the renovated amenities. 

We’ll work with you to make your amenities accessible by every definition of the word–not just ADA-compliant, but also after-hours accessible (for 24/7 facilities such as fitness centers).

We offer a 1-year labor warranty. Our product warranties differ based on the brand or product type selected.

For paint, we use Sherwin Williams. For roofing, we use GAF. For siding, we use James Hardie. However, we are happy to work with you to find equivalent or superior materials for your specific application.

At ASH, we pride ourselves on efficiency. We work as quickly as possible to minimize the disruption time for residents, and clearly communicate our schedule and processes so they understand exactly how the renovation will work. We also maintain a clean worksite and remove unnecessary equipment and debris before leaving the site every day.

We primarily work in the eastern half of the United States but have done projects across the country depending on the size of the project.
