Senior Project Manager
Location: Southeastern United States
We are looking for a senior project manager with at least 10+ years of “from the ground up” construction experience. Project managers at ASH Renovations are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Estimators at ASH Renovations gather project information and requirements, obtain bids from subcontractors, and prepare construction budgets. Successful candidates are extremely detail-oriented and have refined critical thinking skills. Desired qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and experience in estimating and budgeting.
