We remodeled the leasing office, including both interior and exterior renovation.
We reconfigured the existing wall layout to open up the space
Re-insulated and installed new drywall
Installed new French doors to allow a panoramic view of the pool
Installed a new wooden deck, new flooring, new light fixtures, and new bathroom fixtures
Built a new computer lounge, kitchenette, fire pit, and a pergola with a grilling station
The leasing office is often the first thing prospective residents see, so it’s important to make a good first impression. With our exterior and interior remodel, we were able to wow visitors as soon as they pulled into the parking lot.
We renovated the swimming pool, creating a welcoming and relaxing space complete with grilling stations for residents to relax and socialize.
Leasing office renovation can be a hassle for leasing agents, so we are committed to working quickly and efficiently. Within two and a half months, we were completely finished with interior and exterior renovation, allowing leasing agents to continue with business as usual.
