We remodeled the leasing office, including both interior and exterior renovation.

The leasing office is often the first thing prospective residents see, so it’s important to make a good first impression. With our exterior and interior remodel, we were able to wow visitors as soon as they pulled into the parking lot.
We were able to build several new amenities completely from scratch for the new leasing office, including a pergola, fire pit, computer lounge, and kitchenette.
Leasing office renovation can be a hassle for leasing agents, so we are committed to working quickly and efficiently. Within two and a half months, we were completely finished with interior and exterior renovation, allowing leasing agents to continue with business as usual.
