This apartment community wanted a fitness center that looked and felt brand-new and cutting-edge. We turned an unused basement into an awesome fitness room. Our work included:
Installed new flooring
Installed new tile in the entryway and both restrooms
Installed new sheetrock and insulation
Installed new cabinets, laminate countertops, soap dispensers, waste receptacles, vanity mirrors, doors, toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, hand dryers, and bathroom partitions
Installed new door hardware throughout
Installed a new water fountain, new lighting, and exit signs
Added fresh paint
Rewired and revamped HVAC system
We replaced the existing flooring with special sports flooring, which can handle heavy impacts from athletes and equipment.
We completely renovated both bathrooms and installed brand-new hardware and appliances, from the soap dispensers to the waste receptacles to the vanity mirror lights.
