Project Scope:
We renovated five buildings and the leasing office of this conventional apartment community, including:
Repainted the exterior of all five buildings
Repainted the ceilings, window trim, metal handrails, entry doors, stairs, dryer vents, breezeways, balcony walls, and ceilings, and gutters
With our comprehensive exterior paint renovation package (which includes handrails and window trim), we were able to give the resident buildings and leasing office the look of a brand-new facility.
Within 3 months, we were able to finish renovation on all five buildings. Plus, our commitment to clean worksites and timely notification minimized hassle for residents and leasing agents.
