Project Scope:
Our team renovated the interior and exterior of this Alabama apartment building, including:
- Masonry Repair
- Roofing
- Interior and Exterior Painting
- Siding Replacement
- Stair Repair/Replacement
- Interior Drywall
- New Appliances, Lighting, Plumbing, and Hardware
- New HVAC
Our site work on this project included new handicap-accessible sidewalks and parking spaces, landscaping, masonry repair, and new gutters and downspouts.
We installed brand-new granite countertops and white shaker cabinetry, creating a clean and modern look for the apartment interior. We also replaced the HVAC system to improve energy efficiency and comfortability.
We replaced the electrical system, including adding new lights and circuits in certain locations, replacing all fans, outlets, and light switches, and installing arc-fault circuit breakers per NEC standards.
