Project Scope:
We renovated twelve residential buildings in this apartment complex, including:
Replaced siding
- Replaced roofing
- Exterior paint, including trim, window trim, balconies, and main body
- Exterior patio and entry door lights
- Repainted and installed new roofing and siding for ten garages
- Repainted leasing office and installed new exterior deck
We replaced all the siding on both the residential buildings and garages with James Hardie siding, and all the roofing with GAF architectural shingles.
We installed lights by the patios and entry doors for all twelve residential buildings.
Within 6 months, we completed exterior renovation on twelve residence buildings, ten garages, and the leasing office. The residents never even had to move out–we were able to work around them.
