We built a new leasing office for this conventional apartment community, including:
- Sitework and landscaping
- Concrete foundations, walls, and slab installation
- Rough and finish carpentry and millwork
- Roofing, siding, and soffit
- Composite paving system and gutters
- Doors, windows, frames, and hardware
- Aluminum storefront
- Drywall and flooring
- Interior and exterior paint
- Appliances and accessories
- Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
- Fire protection
Our building envelope construction included gutters, downspouts, vinyl splash blocks, a paver system for the covered deck at the rear of the clubhouse, Hardie siding and trim, and 30-year architectural roofing shingles.
We built a variety of spaces for tenant relaxation and socialization, including a comfortable lobby, lounge area, and yoga studio.
We built spacious offices for leasing office employees to meet with prospective residents.
