We renovated two buildings in this conventional apartment complex, including:
Repainted the exterior
Repaired all carpentry
Performed tuck pointing
Painted stairwells, balcony railings, siding, trim, window trim, and doors
Stained pool area
The siding for this apartment complex is Hardie and metal. Our carpentry repairs renovation includes removing and replacing any damaged siding and trim, reattaching loose pieces, and repainting all exterior services.
We made this cedar pool area even more beautiful for residents to enjoy by staining and repainting exterior surfaces.
Within 2 months, we completed exterior renovation on both buildings.
